never  heard  of  this  anywhere  else  in  the world,so  if  its  already  out  there, sorry.
in  western  australia  just  few  months  back  they  put  into  law  that  if  your  a  non  matching  donor  you  can  go  onto  a  registry  and  donate  to  a  stranger,that  strangers  next  of  kin  is  obligated  to  donate.
if  you  put  your  hand  up  to  donate but  were  not  a  match,you  can  now  donate  to a  person  waiting a  transplant  as  long  as  their  family member  as stood  up  to  be  a  donor, but  not  a  match  either,pretty  much  a  straight  swap,
don't  know  how  to  do  the  attatchment  thing,but  the  web  site  is  www.kidey.org.au
i  reckon  this  is  a  pretty  cool  idea, might  make  the  list  just  that  little  bit  smaller :boxing;

I beleive I do.
For example:
Bob needs a kidney transplant, his brother is the only one who steps up to donate, but does not match
At the same time Clyde needs a kidney transplant to, his sister is the only one who steps up, but does not match
However Bob's brother matches Clyde's tissue type, but Clyde's sister does not match Bob.
Clyde's sister is still obligated to donate her kidney.

How's this so far?
