Cranberry Gelatin Salad 1 lg. can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple packed in juice 1 box ( 6 ounce) strawberry jello 1 cup water 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
Drain pineapple, reserve all the juice and pineapple seperately. Stir in a saucepan pineapple juice, jello and water. Bring to a boil, dissole the jello. remove from heat. Stir in the cranberry sauce until well blended. Transfer the mixture into a metal bowl. Half fill a larger bowl with ice water . Set the bowl with jello in the ice bath.Stir the jello mixture until slightly thickened. Remove the bowl of jello mixture from the ice bath. Gently fold in the pineapple. Refrigerate.
