Does anyone know why my blood pressure is starting to drop now? Like its rare for me being the fact Im always fluid overloaded. Also starting to get dizzy during treatment which is also rare.

After I had heart surgery I had to stop taking BP meds for a while.  I had to eat pickles just to get my blood pressure up to a level so I would not feel bad.  Eight months out I am now only taking a vey low dose BP med.

Mine drops when my dry weight needs adjusting, and we get below where it should be.

It happened to me once that my BP went very low and I experienced a horrible "crash" which "messed-up" my whole oncoming weekend, because I felt too bad to do anything...
... since then I have made a point to take great care and make sure it won't repeat itself...
In my case on that occasion the dry weight was not as low as it was thought to be...
Good luck wishes from Kristina. :grouphug;

Pickles are loaded with salt since they are created in a brine solution. Any high salt product helps.  Which is why chicken soup is a popular low BP snack.r

You may be pulling off too much at the beginning, too fast. You may need to adjust how the fluid is pulled off, too. We had to do this for our daughter when she was on dialysis :)

Holly was on hemodialysis for 2.5 years-We did NXStage home hemo from January 2016 to December 22, 2016
Holly's best Christmas ever occurred on December 22, 2016 when a compassionate family in their time of grief gave Holly the ultimate gift...a kidney!

Everyone's a bit different it seems.  My husband can pull off higher fluid in the beginning and I slow it down at the end.  But yep once BP gets low (not crash low but maybe 103/68 or so) 2 low sodium pickles do the trick and get it back up to something like 125/80 and he can keep pulling fluid off.
