Hi all. My name is John and I am 29 from Kentucky. I was diagnosed with ESRD last March (2013) and started incenter hemo dialysis immediately after. I then was able to move to home treatment with PD which I am currently doing. I am also currently on a transplant waiting list.

One of my PD nurses mentioned this site and I am excited to be a part if the group and able to relate to others going through the same things.

Hi john,

I am from ohio and just recently came onto this site.

I am 37 and hopefully have a living donor. Tests are being done now.

If no match then will probably do pd at home.

welcome  :cheer:

:waving;  Hi John, welcome to the site. Sounds like you will be able to share your PD experiences, and of course, other IHDers will be able to help you with any questions you may have. This is a great place, full of friendly, helpful people. Don't hesitate to get involved in the conversations.

No, hwalker you are in stage 4. I am at exactly the same point you are. GFR is 20 and just had my veins mapped a few weeks ago. How are you feeling? Other than extreme  fatigue I am fine. A little heaving, here and there. Not a lot. At any rate,   :welcomesign;  to IHD, glad you found us and feel free to ask all the questions you want to.

Hello and welcome to IHD....It is true that it is a great experience to share with other ESRF'lers and to learn and study from each other...

Best wishes and good luck on your journey of discovery from Kristina...
