Okay, please don't say oh yuck!!!! I love to have crunchy snacks and since peanut brittle is obviously out, I started eating croutons. Now, according to the DaVita website they have no phos and no potassium. Also, wanting a little sweetness, I sometime put a tiny bit of Marshmallow fluff on them. Again, DaVita website says no phos and no potassium either. Really, it is quite tasty. Try it and let me know what you think.

That sounds interesting.  Although, I'd have to go buy marshmellow fluff. lol

I think you just like the crunch.  I use to be addicted to the ice at dialysis but when I moved this center doesn't have an Ice Machine.

Yes, I do like the crunch. And if I add the marshmallow fluff, I like the sweetness too.

You hold the marshmallow upside down until it passes out, then you take an iced tea spoon and you scrape off its fluff. See???

No, Paul, I am joking!!!! It just comes in a jar, usually in the market near the marshmallows. It is screamingly good on peanut butter or warm toast too.
