Does your BP cuff go off twice and squeeze your arm to the point your head wants to POP off?? AND every half hour at that?
Well, I went and bought my OWN "wrist" BP cuff. It was about $70 and I take it to dialysis. The numbers were very close to the ARM KILLER and so they said I could use it. It is so nice. They have to ask for a BP, because it is not automatic, but YOU are in control and if you feel funny, you push the button and take a BP yourself and you can SEE the results.
You also have it at home, so you have consistency.

What a cool idea! How is it different so that it doesn't pinch any more? Bigger? Wider cuff?

Yeah I own a "Wrist" BP monitor and it is great. Good Idea for a post Rerun. I should have that of that since I own a wrist BP monitor too. It is great it self inflates and gets a reading the first time.
Here's a link to some pictures for those who do not know what we are talking about.

I set the top pressure on the machine before I go on to 150 so the cuff does not squeeze my arm. otherwise it usualy goes well over 200+. Then thats OUCH! I do not know if it the same for your bp on the machine.
When I got on the machine my bp is usually around 130/70 when I come off 110/60.
