I fill 2000 for all my fills except the final one at the end of my cycler session when I only get 1500. I did a PET with my labs this month, so will be getting my KT/V reading on Wednesday. Hoping it's ok.
The boyfriend is on the small side - 5'7" and 130 lbs at his heaviest - and he does 4 exchanges of 2000 a night and carries about 500 during the day. I don't think his frame would allow much more. Sometimes the machine gets weird and gives him an additional couple hundred and he definitely notices it!

For those of you on PD what is your Fill volume? I just had my KT/V done and my clearance level dropped. That worries me. The last time it dropped before my Dr wanted to up the amount I fluid I use during a dwell cycle. Well she up it to 2500 cc and this my my back muscles started to twitch and thru out the day, I would like spasm. So I was wondering am I just small or has anyone else had this problem? I'm giving it a go again cuz I want my KT/V level to come back up and I have just been feeling super tired and the said that could be due to not dialyzing as well as I could be..
3000ml. OMG. How tall are you??? I dont think I have known anyone to have that much. Was that towards the end of your 13 years?
Thanks guys for all your input here.... Well i have no idea whats up with me! I'm 5'4 and about 150 so you would think I should be able to handle 2500 easily. But right not I have up it to 2000 and I do 7 exchanges, for 11 hours with a last fill of 800. I seem to be handling that pretty well. Thou my UF went up a bit 1150-1300. So got to watch I don't get too dehydrated.
