the past couple day , spent most of my time laying around with no engery , i get sperts of engery after a while then boop out again . came home from work yesterday so tired i just went to bed tryed to go to work today , i see my doc monday ???

See what your iron and hemoglobin levels are.  Mine bottomed out years before I started D.  I started taking epo a decade before my kidney function dropped enough.  It can be treated - don't let them tell you it's "just part of ESRD..."

I'm stage 3 and my energy level isnt good at all.  Getting threw 8 hours of work is a challenge sometimes. Dont wana see what its like in stage 4 or 5.

Besides the energy lose, I lost at least 70% strength in my legs.  For a while, I couldn't get out of a chair without help.  Now its better, but still a strain to get up.  I have to use my upper body strength (and that is going downhill too) to get out of chairs, cars, and up stairs.  EPO helps a lot, so does iron tablets or in my case iron shots every so often.

Over the last couple months, all seems to be improving, but still some days feel like (and do) going to bed and sleeping the day away.  I also find that stress at work can take it's toll on your energy.  Grumpy

the doc. and i went over my lab work , it showed that my lron was low
 she incerased my ieon intake  and she wants me to take extera 20 steps a day when
i take my walk slow blid me up a little at a time tryed it to day little more tommor
get lab work next week  :thumbup;
