everything said is very true. Unfortunately, however we must (o gee really) remember that cheese is high in sodium. One ounce of cheddar is 176 mg sodium as well as the 145 mg of potassium. Cream cheese is a much better alternative, 1 Tbl (1 oz) 43 sodium, 15 phos. I have dreams about numbers, UGH!
