Here is the blog post I found

Perfect snack.  The whole recipes gives you

K= 292  phosphorous- 287.     Per 1 cup serving-  K- 97 Phosphorous- 95.   Not bad for an occasional snack.

Just omit the popcorn seasoning to limit the salt.

hey, that's pretty awesome, and something I can make for my husband, who's on Atkins.  We usually can't have the same stuff....thanks!
