Does anyone have any tips on ways to lose weight while on Peritoneal Dialysis. I find it so hard to balance the calories from the solution and food intake. My transplant center would ideally like me to lose another 10lbs but I am finding it impossible and have been holding steady. What should I do?

I have never been on PD so I don't know, but do you exercise?

its hard, i barely eat anything, and i maintain my weight, you would almost have to exercise and watch even more carefully what you eat, and portions

Rain...I dont to any intensive exercise but I do walk regularly. I guess it would be beneficial to increase intensity.

Bleija...I dont eat alot either, if fact my BF is always complaining that I dont eat enough, but still Im holding steady. So I dont know.

I guess exercise is the key.
