Quench gum, and you can find it at most sporting goods stores.

I think Quench may have a bit of potassium in it.  Most sports things do.

I am not on dialysis but I also used Biotene products when I was  on a medication that gave me dry mouth pretty bad. There is some kind of saliva enzyme in it. My mouth felt so refreshed. There are others products similar, just check the labels, and check with your Dr too!

Apparently it is one of the drugs you are taking that is making your mouth dry. Chewing gum is good or there is an oral spray you can get from the pharmacy, but it is crap.

My labs are good so a little potassium won't kill me.  I'm sticking with Quench gum.
