So, I start on the cycler tonight..(yay!) and I'm pretty sure I remember how to do it, because I forgot the little flip booklet at the clinic today. Did anyone else have to use theirs on the first night?

I used mine for awhile just to make sure I did not miss anything. Hopefully you were paying attention in class :rofl;

What Bill said. I used my book for the first week or so, then weaned myself off it. Now it's all second nature.

I used my book until I had it down.  My mom and I took turns setting the cycler up.  In the end, we would challenge each other, to see who could set it up faster.  Mom always won. *G*

Bah. Like I said, I'll more than likely remember what to do, I sort of have a photographic memory, so I'll try to remember what was on what page :S

Someone take pictures of their book for me! :P

Well, last night, like I said, was my first night on the cycler. I remembered how to do everything without the book :) I only had one alarm, I think I might have been laying on the line. Anyway, so I guess I don't need the book, but I'll still go to the clinic and pick it up :P

Laying on the tubing is a regular thing. *L*

When I was a kid, Mom says that when the machine would alarm, she would get up, silence the alarm, then untangle the lines from around my legs or wherever they happened to go.  I was a deep sleeper back then, and apparently, also a mover and shaker in my sleep. *L*  I never woke up
