Husband with multiple issues and not complying with dialysis

My husband has diabetes, gastroparesis, neuropathy through out his whole body, high blood pressure, TIA's and coughing up blood. We have had a chest xray and TB test done for  the blood issue and a bronchoscopy done. Which was clear. This week he is feeling very yucky and having pains in his abdomen and mid chest but not enough for him to go see someone. He is supposed to do dialysis 5 days a week and so far this week he has only done dialysis on Sunday and Tuesday this week. I am worried that he is giving up. I don't know how long he can last like this if he keeps this up. Anyone been through this?

im sorry to hear of all of ur husbands troubles.
I know that when i went thru my "giving up" stage, i had coughing blood issues, most likely busted capilaries, from coughing soo much due to fluid overload. i went about 2 weeks straight without treatment before admitting into a hospital. before the 2 week of no dialysis, it wasnt uncommon for me to skip 2 or 3 days

I am so sorry.  Are things any better?   I imagine the "giving up" goes through a lot of our minds.   You can only do so much for him.  I'll be thinking and praying for you.

Thanks o the both of you. He has only done 2 treatments since I posted this. I know there is only so much I can do but it's hard to sit by and watch him not do his treatments. I am hoping this will be a better week for him.
