I have not been able to retrieve my messages.....it like takes forever and then says either....timeout or website not responding....drives me crazy.... :banghead; any advice would be so very helpful. Thanks

Hmm, I have not experienced that before, have you tried the basis problem solvers, like "rebooting" Windows? Or trying a different web browser, such as Firefox instead of Internet Explorer? You can download Firefox, which is a very good web browser. Click Here To download Firefox. Let me know if that helps. But honestly sometimes a simple rebooting of your computer solves a lot of problems.
