Cannot see the full page of "home" and posts

I seem to have a problem...... Not sure if it is my computer or IHD - just checking.

My home page just ends  in the middle and them the message below appears at the bottom. It does not show right to the bottom.

When I go into posts it stops midway through and does no show all the posts as well.
