Admin for IHateDialysis 2008 - 2014, retired.
Jenna is our daughter, bad bladder damaged her kidneys.
Was on in-center hemodialysis 2003-2007.
7 yr transplant lost due to rejection.
She did PD Sept. 2013 - July 2017

Yummy! I think this is going to be the first meal on now ever so strict renal diet. Thanks for this idea. I'm hungry now and I'm not even the one on the diet! lol

I was just looking at the vidoe again to make in a few minutes. I have all the ingredients but what's up with the "nasty" green peppers? Hhm.... was that an error and they are not really supposed to be used in a renal diet?

Peppers are just fine on a renal diet. I think it's just that Jean, like a lot of people I know, hates green peppers.  :puke;  :rofl;

Exactly! I'll give away some of the tomatoes I'm growing, but I hoard all the peppers for myself!  :2thumbsup;
