We have that somewhere in our kitchen.  I'm ashamed to admit that besides glancing through it when Blokey first brought it home, I've never used it. I am therefore unable to recommend any one recipe as being far tastier than the next. *sigh*

The problem with it, is it doesn't give the nutritive content of the servings.

I really want to know how much potassium and how much phosphorus is in each serving. Also how much saturated fat and trans fat.

Any cookbook for patients of any chronic disease should give the nutritive content of each recipe.
