Saturday I got the call from Vanderbilt telling me they had a kidney for me!

Sunday afternoon I had the transplant. I go home tomorrow. It happened so quickly. I am so blessed to get a kidney after only being on the list for seven months.   I'll share more when I get to my laptop instead of my iPhone.

Oh my God!  Listen, I feel so hopeless right now, and I want so much to hear about EVERYTHING regarding your experiences.  I am so frightened at the prospect of lingering years and years and years and years and never getting a chance at life that I could just kill myself right now, so I am so in the mood for a wonderful story like yours.  I can't wait to hear more about it, but until then, take really good care of yourself and rejoice!  How wonderful!
