Rinseback standards

Can anyone tell me what a standards rinseback amount is?  I just switched clinics (thank you, insurance company) .  My old clinic set it around 300. The new clinic's standard is 800.  I  started to cramp horribly with 5 minutes left, so they gave me about a liter of fluid, and I still came in under my normal dry weight.  Thinkiing I need to have them drop their standard rinseback amount because I think we can all agree that my passing out is not in anyone's best interest.

Ours is 0.5l (500ml).

Sometimes I have asked for 0.4 and used it but after awhile I just went back to 0.5 to make it easy for the nurses and if I came in 0.1 or 0.05 under my goal that was usually OK.

We have a snack and drink during our session so the rinceback covers that too.

Rinseback is set here by the volume of the filter and tubing.  Here  its .6
