I am on PD and was thinking about trying Yoga. There is a Yoga place very close to my house. They specialize in Hot Yoga. The room is set to around 95-100 degrees.
Of course being on PD and having fluid restrictions makes this style of Yoga questionable.

I was just wondering if anyone has ever tried it.

This place also has "warm" Yoga...guess it's not as hot as "Hot" Yoga.

I have a yoga tape that I enjoyed doing. I have never done Yoga taught by instructor. I always felt tired but in a good way when I was done. Good Luck and I want to hear about your experience if you try it.
