Dad passed away on the 26th June
My sister, Mum and I were with him
Dad was always a "fighter" and by God he fought all the way
Thank God he is at peace now
Thankyou so much IHD family for your knowledge and support over the past 12 months
You all are an integral part of who I am - strength, knowledge, advocacy, love
My sister spoke at Dad's funeral and the IHD family was acknowledged
Thank you all

Will be popping in to catch up with some patients, nurses and pca's this Wednesday
