Sorry GN, This was a restaurant occasion. Our outing this Sunday was to the movies (Wild Hogs ... S.L.U.F.F.?) followed by lunch at the Green Iguana - oh, he left out the fried cheesecake! I'm more the tacos de huevo con cebolla or frijoles negros type as is Rolando's wife (although spaghetti with whatever is my favorite to cook and to eat). Let us know when you're on your way!

I like both kinds of mac and cheese.  Good, hearty homemade stuff, with big fat noodles, two kinds of cheese, maybe a bit of crunchy bread crumb topping.. . but good old Kraft just tastes like all the comforts of childhood.

Dinner tonight was burgers and onion rings.  Homemade and yummmmmmmy.

Grilled chicken breast, (real)mashed potatoes and gravy, broccoli, applesauce. All of this yummy stuff was actually on my diet menu for tonight's dinner...the gravy was fat-free from a jar.
