Help, for the lat 2 days I haven't been able to log on through my computer (I'm on my laptop with air card) anybody know what the problem might be with IE. It keeps telling me that the domain server is not reachable. Any suggestions.  :waving;

Ok, Have no idea what I did, but I am able to get back on through my desktop. I think I have little computer gremlins screwing around in here.  :guitar:

I'm not sure why it would work with your air card and not IE. That problem would have to be with IE.

I've been getting the same message the last two days with Foxfire, so I don't think it's your IE.

We have been down the last 4 nights. We are working on this, but if the air card worked then it wasn't IHD.

Sluff, I have been on the phone everyday for 4 days with my internet company. They say they cannot log on to ihatedialysis either. It says

Cannot communicate with Primary DNS Server 216.36.30.68

I was able to log on yesterday for a little while but I'm getting the same message again today on my desktop. My company wondered if my ISP address has been blocked. Help. PLEASE

:thx; Sluff, I posted this morning using my laptop and now I am on my desktop. I was really having bad withdrawals on Monday and then I got really pissed  :banghead; at our cable company but in all honesty, they were really great about it. You really want me to call you at 10 at night. Won't Christy get mad with strange women calling you.  :rofl;

Please let me know if anyone is getting kicked off IHD - or if your time zone is shown wrong, or if you are having any other technical difficulty with IHD. We need to try and wrap up any loose ends and need input please. I have reported the info from a couple of people who let me know of their log-in issues or that the site is slow for them. Anything else please post or PM me as soon as you can.
Thanks,

I'm still seeing that same error screen most days - that the server isn't found.  Seems like I have better luck late at night.

For those members who are having problems, please PM me with the following info filled in.
The software company is taking another look at this. I would never ask for password, and never will again.
You can change them shortly after we confirm that they have fixed the problem, but it's the only way they can find a common thread or trigger and ultimately a solution.
I need:
Member name:
Password:
How you connect to the internet. Example: Cable, DSL, etc.:
Broswer: Example: Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, Mosaic, etc.:
Type of computer: Mac or PC:

I'm still having a terrible time logging on to site. Same thing, site can't be found. When I do get on and post a reply, it won't let me use the back button, I have to use home everytime. I have also noticed that the time is all over the map. petey posted about Marvins telephone call he got at 3:15 but the posted said it was posted at 03:08:49 PM.  ::)  :waving;

I just posted a reply to reruns thread about dumb and dumber. I hit reply and it didn't do anything, so I hit reply again, and now there are 2. ????????

I noticed my time on the upper left corner was incorrect, had to go to settings and reset it.
I am not sure what you mean about using the BACK button. You mean on your browser?

 :waving; okarol, when I post something and then go to use the back button on the browser, it will only go to the reply that I just made and I have to use the home bottom on ihd to get back to the beginning and start over. Also I got bumped at 2:01 and it just let me back on a little before 6.  :cuddle;

okarol. check this out. I replied to rerun and it posted twice. The first one has a time after the second post. Does that make sense? This is hurting my head.  :banghead;

Oh and I just tried it - I just posted the above comment - then hit BACK and it takes me to the screen I was just posting in - it's always been that way for me. I just want to be sure that's what you meant - and that it is different than how it worked for you before. If I want to go back to the topic I hit "go up" on the left then scroll up to click on "Show unread posts since last visit."

I have problems logging in sometimes - I thought it was just me but dw also mentioned having problems with logging in and out.

If anyone is still having problems please respond here like this:

Here my responses:

Logging in:
