Hello my name is Caitlin and well my other part is Taz, my cousin. We are on this site so that we can try and help my Uncle Jimmy(Taz's dad). Right now my uncle is doing the PD treatments and has about 5% of his kidneys left and just started doing PD about 2 weeks ago. He was being a stubburn butthole and wouldn't get the show on the road. So now my cousin and I are the prime enforcers and have been trying our best to keep him in line and making sure we are doing our best to be super clean and all that good stuff. But yeah I should stop rambling. Thank you for your time and if you have any suggestions please messege me. Anything you think my might would be greatly apprieciated.

Welcome to our community, Caitlin and Taz!!! Uncle Jimmy is really fortunate to have two such caring people looking out for him. This is an excellent site for information and support. Maybe you could see if you can get him to join it as well. It would be very helpful to him. Just read as much as you can, ask questions, and keep posting to let us know how your uncle (and dad) Jimmy is doing. You see, this is more than a website - it is a genuine family
Looking forward to hearing lots more from you.

Your Uncle Jimmy is indeed lucky to have you two looking out for him. I'm glad you found this site where hopefully we can offer suggestions for stubborn people...we have experience. I don't do PD myself but there are several members who do so please ask any specific questions you may have.

Caitlin. You found the place for bunches of information and even more support. Please post often and look around through the older threads, plenty of information there. You are a blessing to your Uncle.

I agree, your Uncle is darn lucky to have you both! You will learn so much here. Read, read, read, and ask questions! Someone here (actually, many people) will be able to help you.
