I am wanting to find a very specific diet - or very specific instructions on how to get all I need and still lose weight. For example, do any of you know how many grams of protein are recommended? My dietitian recommends 9-12 OUNCES a day. All the online databases figure out protein in grams. If I figured it out correctly, that is 255 grams of protein a day (9 oz).
So I should figure it by what I should weigh instead of what I do weigh??
