Hey KT - was wondering... you don't have to spend Christmas with these relatives too, do you?

Yes, but not at their house! We're splitting the day between our house, my father-in-law's house (his sister is the aunt from T-giving), and my parents. At least I know I can eat at two of those three!!  :2thumbsup;

I think I'd be needing a nap during that father-in-law visit...you know, to keep up my holiday strength  ;)

Change of plans. We had our Christmas dinner with my parents last night. She made a standing rib roast (yummy!!) sweet potatoes - I'm on PD and my potassium is usually somewhat low, and collards - which I don't like, anyway. So I got to eat. Yay!! We're all going to father-in-law's tomorrow. Lasagna and smoked turkey. He's smoking it himself, so I can have that and any veggies they serve.
