The ingredients I found for Ralph's Carb Master yogurt are:
water, milk protein concentrate, whey protein concentrate, cream, modified corn starch, glycerine, natural and artifical flavor, salt, gelatin, tricalcium phosphate, malic acid, phosphoric acid, pectin, agar, sodium citrate, sucralose, acesulfame potassium, annatto and turmeric extract (for color), vitamin a palmitate, vitamin D3, active cultures with L acidophilus and B. bifidumThey don't list actual phosphorus content in the nutritional information, but those are a few types of added phosphates. Tricalcium phosphate, phosphoric acid.
Also, I wouldn't call that yogurt. It doesn't even have yogurt on the front of the container, because it can't legally be called yogurt. It's more processing than food, really.
(But feel free to enjoy it if you can risk the phosphorus and you enjoy thickened protein shakes.)
