Carrot Cake, by Ralph's (grocery chain), CARBmaster,  60 calories, 10 mg. of potassium.  100 mg. sodium, 9 grams of protein.  Phosphorus = 150 mg.?

The ingredients I found for Ralph's Carb Master yogurt are: water, milk protein concentrate, whey protein concentrate, cream, modified corn starch, glycerine, natural and artifical flavor, salt, gelatin, tricalcium phosphate, malic acid, phosphoric acid, pectin, agar, sodium citrate, sucralose, acesulfame potassium, annatto and turmeric extract (for color), vitamin a palmitate, vitamin D3, active cultures with L acidophilus and B. bifidum

They don't list actual phosphorus content in the nutritional information, but those are a few types of added phosphates. Tricalcium phosphate, phosphoric acid.

Also, I wouldn't call that yogurt. It doesn't even have yogurt on the front of the container, because it can't legally be called yogurt. It's more processing than food, really.  :rofl;  (But feel free to enjoy it if you can risk the phosphorus and you enjoy thickened protein shakes.)

Chobani yogurt is also pretty low in K compared to most other yogurts. Every 6oz cup of Chobani contains about 250mg of potassium and 240mg of phosphorous. Since this is usually the only dairy I would eat, I feel this is pretty reasonable. It's loaded with protein, the flavors are amazing, and I feel pretty full and satisfied. It's nice to get that dairy craving satisfied, add in some berries along with it, I feel like it's a pretty good compromise (if your labs are reasonably under control)
