The Delicious Milk Company, Inc. was founded by nephrologists and business leaders to develop DairyDelicious®. By increasing dietary choices, DairyDelicious improves the quality of life for both patients with chronic kidney disease. Planned for the beginning of 2007, the Delicious Milk Company will expand its products and introduce low phosphorus cheese sauce for Mac & Cheese, toppings, cheeseburgers, grilled cheese and all. We are also developing ricotta cheese and other dairy products, such as delicious protein-enriched DairyDelicious, made especially for you.

The only thing is I just called them up and they ONLY deliver to the United States.  :'(

http://dairydelicious.com has this milk that is low in Phosphate and low in Potassium and offers all these recipes:

Directions:
Combine dry ingredients in a double boiler.
Slowly add DairyDelicious™.  When slightly thickened, add tempered beaten egg yolks.
Cook until well thickened (pie consistency), add butter or margarine and vanilla.
Stir well, pour into a baked 9` pie crust.
Meringue for cream pie:
Beat egg whites until stiff, add 1/2 cup sugar.

Has anyone ever heard of Dairy Delicious Milk.  I have been checking out it's web site.
and was wondering if anyone has tried it.  Seems expensive but for a taste of milk on
occasion it may be worth it

You can also make lots of desserts with it, too.    ;)
