Transplant candidates and recipients who are displaced from their homes and unable to reach their transplant coordinators and centers may call UNOS' toll-free Patient Services line, (888) 894-6361, which is staffed from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern time Monday through Friday.

Was on in-center hemodialysis 2003-2007.
7 yr transplant lost due to rejection.
