Has anyone tried the "BioEnergiser D-tox Spa System" ? Their information doesn't mention anything about the kidneys but I have heard that it might have an effect. It is another type of D-tox system to clean the blood and this one works through a foot-bath. They have a web-site. Does anyone have any experience with it? Could something like this work? Thank you, kind regards from Kristina.

I've read that in Roman times people would take hot baths to relieve the symptoms of urea.

You're grasping at straws.

Point taken. Yes, what did the Romans do for us? Roads? Education? Sewers? Underfloor-Heating? etc., etc., etc., etc.... but I will think twice about it.

Even if it did work, it's not going to work well enough to have any significant effect on someone who has next to no kidney function. Sweating releases toxins from the body, yes. Soaking in a hot spring, or hot foot bath will likely feel good and help you relax. But would it show any significant change in a lab test - very doubtful.

See I use the toxin cleansing foot pads. And your right not cause it makes me feel any better. But because the is pulling something out. I figure every little bit helps. After using them once and seeing what it pulls out, I can't stop. Just knowing that all that was in my body and is now out, gives me a little piece of mind.

I hate to be a pessimist, but i'm of the opinion that if it sounds to good to be true, it probaly isn't. If it's free or cheap, it might be a pleasure. otherwise, you can soak your feet in a tub of epson salts. that always feels good.
