Dear IHD family, thank you for all your warm welcomes.  I keep seeing Goofynina saying "you can do this, Chica!"  I will do my best.  This site is such an important part of my life and the members are my rock, my shoulder to lean on, and my inspiration.   Love you guys :grouphug;

Welcome as a moderator!  You have taken on a volunteer position with this organization. No pay!  Lots of grief.   :rofl; Just kidding.  :rofl;

I love being a moderator.  It takes a lot of reading and time, but you do get to know the members well. Now get to work!

Perfect choice!  :yahoo;  I am so happy to welcome Paris to our admin team, but I really feel like she was already there, even if not in title because of her care and concern for IHD.  She has even been out of her way to show her concern tangibly to an ailing member.  I look forward to her input.  You go, girl!  I am with you all the way! :cuddle;

Paris, does this mean that the ladies of the realm now have more members in the corridors of admin power than the men ??  This could be highly advantageous should those rascals and scoundrels get rowdy again in the future.  Beware Sluff however...he of the mighty weapon.  Are female mods allowed to be armed for self-protection.  Mind you, methinks Sluff only talks tough so his threats are likely idle.

 :rofl;  Hey Paris (and other women of the Kingdom of IHD).  New tactic.  Let them think they're powerful (2 against 4 is fair he thinks.....HA) then when they're thoroughly lulled into a false sense of security we secure whatever it is we're after and trounce the rascals.  Bob's your uncle as the saying goes  (Twirl might amend that to Flipbob's your uncle but no matter the expression, victorious we shall be.)  :secret;  SSHH they must never get wind of this clever tactic.
