There's a red tailed hawk that has been squawking and flying around our neighborhood. I think she's got OCD or something, she never is quiet. Other hawks around here seem to squawk only when they are hunting. This one could probably only sneak up on a deaf rabbit.

She looks large, but you're right - she might have a nest or maybe is learning herself.
