Today, locked in my house because of crazy bank robbers.

Tomorrow, rain, wind, flooding and maybe the grocery store. We'll see

Tomorrow, getting estimate to have front porch covered in vinyl and going grocery shopping. Now, isn't this just an exciting time?

Today - gramma chores.  Forced her to check her blood sugar, which she's been ignoring.  443.  Made her take more insulin, and beat my head against the wall trying to figure out how to make sure she's actually getting her shot every day.  Spent an hour convincing her that no one had stolen her SS check from her mailbox.  She read an article about the checks getting stolen, and went into a fit about hers not showing up this month.  Her checks are direct deposited, have been for years.  I finally had to show her the line on her bank statement to get her to settle down.  She's getting more and more distanced from reality.

Tomorrow - Get gas, go broke, drive blood work to the hospital for monthly labs.  At least I'll get to find out if the PTH stayed down after my surgery.

Today, work on the entry hardwood floors that I am stripping and refinishing.     There was ceramic tile and I have always hated it.  Tore it up to find oak floors underneath. Had to get all the thinset up first and now am sanding---and sanding---and sanding.  I think the floor is going to look wonderful.

Tomorrow, finish packing for Vegas :bandance; See my grandson,Zeke 6--who broke his nose today!  Poor little guy.  Bruises all over his face.
