When I had insominia, the only thing that worked for me was going to sleep on my couch, I COULD NOT sleep in my bed

My bed is a couch. I don't like sleeping in beds anymore. The couch takes up less room and gives me more support for my head and back. Once I had eye surgeries  and was allowed to go back to my bed (it was a waterbed), I couldn't go back. Dog was happy though, he  got the whole bed and it was warm all the time.
