Whew!

Just got back from my annual physical. Good news. I'm alive!  :clap;

Really, though, it was good. My creatinine clearance is 1.0. She is surprised that they won't take a kidney!

Soooo

We have a plan. I'm going to lose 15 pounds in the next three months and go back in for a 24 hour urine test. (Plus have my vitamin D checked again since it was low).  :clap;

Hi everyone!  Sounds like some of you have great 4th of July plans already!    Willow, I think your plan sounds great!  You can do 15 pounds in three months--keep working out in the pool!  I'm hoping things will be different for the next 24 hour test.   :2thumbsup;

Hey, Paris!  :waving;

Did it cool off any for you today? It wasn't as dreadfully hot here today.
