Dear Friends of IHD,

Please help me Welcome our newest Admin. Okarol.   Karol has been an active member for a long time, and has been a moderator for awhile, Karol has a lot of knowledge about Dialysis and the transplant process and takes an active role by attending ESRD meetings and seminars when possible. Karol's daughter was on dialysis and Karol took an active role in the dialysis process every step of the way. Karol took a successful active role in the search for a kidney donor for her daughter, I feel this experience qualifies her for the Admin position. Karol does an enormous amount of research and provides accurate documentation when ever she posts. Karol also has been active in helping organize the Annual meeting in Las Vegas. There is so much I can't list it all. I am looking forward to working with Karol in her new position.

Please take a moment to Welcome her and wish her well in her new position.
