Last night PBS network carried the Osmonds 50th anniversary concert from LV.
Then today they were all on Oprah.
They were very good and boy do they make one feel old and bring back the memories.
Did anyone else see them?

I didn't see the show, but I grew up watching the Osmonds and the Jackson Five.  Boy, those were the days!

and Tom Jones and Englebert Humperdink. I loved the old variety shows!

Englebert!  I loved Englebert!  Herman's Hermits were a favorite too.  I loved the variety shows too.   Oprahs show was good.  That is one strong, close family.

I think the best thing Donny has done was  Joseph and the Amazing Technocolor Dream Coat on Broadway.  It is on dvd now and my grandkids love it.  They can tell you the whole story about Joseph and his brothers and the coat.     The previews of his new movie  (is it College Road Trip?)  look funny and he plays an obnoxious father.   He sure was a cute little kid.

Yes Donny is on TV here quite often now, but he hosts game shows etc, not much singing - it's  a shame - and it makes me feel SO old to see him looking so old  :(

We saw College Road Trip just last night. It was very funny, quite enjoyable, and the scenes with Donny Osmond in them were laugh out loud funny.
