PD and Exercises

Hi Guys,
I've been on PD since 10/22/07. Even though I've lost 15lbs. since I started, I feel bigger, fatter than ever. Mostly of course around my belly. What type of exercise do you recommend to stay fit. I don't want to be a couch potato for the rest of my life.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,

Anything that does not require heavy lifting, of course, since a hernia would mean the end of PD. Walking, running if you're feeling ambitious, yoga - but only do what you feel comfortable with. Check with your care team to make sure they don't have any odd objections to certain activities.

I received a 6 out of 6 antigen match transplant on January 9, 2008. Third transplant, first time on The List.
