Goofynina and Epoman - Gone But Not Forgotten

WWW
« on: October 15, 2007, 09:09:12 PM »

Just today I was thinking how much IHD has really become a family.  We have shared about everything a family shares - great grief, and also great joy.  We have had to say goodbye, but we also shared in a wedding!
I think it was great that IHD members were part of Sluff's wedding, just as they were part of Epoman's homegoing.
Let us keep on supporting each other and being there for each other.  I know that little tensions may occur, but I hope that we will always work through them and realize that this site is a very precious gift that we have been given.  Let us keep it going with lots and lots of love. :grouphug;

Well said, Bajanne!  The time in Vegas made relationships even stronger. It wasn't strangers meeting for the first time. Everyone knew each other immediately and there were never times of feeling awkward. We were with family---the family members that we all love!  So, I am here for the long haul---through thick and thin!!

When Meinuk and Jill started to say goodbye---all I could say was that I didn't want them to go!  Thank goodness you are all just an email away!!  That Nick is such a cutie-he was charming everyone.  It will take me days to stop talking about the weekend.

Paris!  It is NEVER goodbye.  It is only "bye for now."

I looked at the pictures posted today and got nostalgic - and it has been less that 24 hours!  I am so happy to know the people behind the posts!  And I really am looking forward to seeing everyone in the future! :grouphug;

I think Rerun said it best. We all understand what each of us is going through, there are no explanations needed because we all understood the terminology while conversing and it was just so relaxed.

I do enjoy the debates as well...but bottom line is they are just conversations- I would be lost without this place.
