Just a general question- Has anyone doing PD with the cycler ever used the cassette over a second night?     Anja

never u are just asking for trouble then.....this means u have to disconnect your bags and reconnect new ones the next night.......i cannot even understand why u would do this....if u have ever had peritonitis u would understand why i am saying this.......if u have any quwstions feel free to ask...but please please do not do this

Nope, not supposed to. As the previous poster said, peritonitis man. You're supposed to be doing a sterile procedure every time you hook up. You do know what sterile procedure means right? If not you should ask your PD nurses as they can explain it better than I can.

Yeah, everything in the trash the next day. Seems a shame to go through so much medical waste but I guess that's the way it goes.
