Oh I see. We were only told to wear a mask if we had the flu or something like that, or it might of been a cough I cant remember.
what States have that? I know they don't have it in my Canadian city yet
Quote from: aMbEr_79 on July 22, 2006, 03:49:23 AMThanks for the pics, may I ask why you have a mask on?That was near the beginning of my CAPD time at that time it was required at the beginning when you first "connect". Then you can take it off because of the great "snap-disconnect" feature from Fresenius (and as far as I know Baxter has this too). When I first was doing PD back in 1990 you HAD to wear a mask for connecting AND disconnecting as there was no "fast connect" feature. I am glad things have changed and improved medically in the last decade
Thanks for the pics, may I ask why you have a mask on?
I like my little Nxstage machine, it fits snugly in the corner. Check out my setup.-Jaybird
Hi there,Finally got round to posting this. Well this is my little set up, Epoman I hope I've downsized it correctly. You'll notice the container with the drain bag in has wheels, so I can kick it to the bathroom! lol
Check your email Ken. I resized them and sent them to you to reattach to your post

Wow! I'm on Fresenius, too, the machine is so heavy, and it's on its own stand that has the scale, so you GOTTAuse it. I'm jealous of the portability of the Baxters! You guys have some neat setups there! I've set my cycler onone side of the bed, and my computer on the other. Since I rarely watch tv, read, mostly, I didn't worry abouthaving a tv to watch. I just pile books on the bed, so they are at hand!
Wattle, next time my fiancee comes to my house OR I bring the cycler to his, I'll have him take a picture of it. No, it's not a SleepSafe, I'll have to look tomorrow night when I go back to see what it is! I do have a case, just for the cycler, but not for the stand. It is just a hassle to pick up and carryout the door to the car!
