I received a database error accessing the forums, and it was easy to resolve - once I noticed it.

If any admin does not have my contact info, and that of my backup nerd, please PM me.    I don't get on the forums every day and might need help noticing an outage.

When there are errors, admins may (depending on the problem) be able to see additional details on the main page of the admin area.

Yes, thank you for the fix.  We were just waiting until someone clever noticed it!

My point is do not wait.  Admins have my direct contact information, and I am not on this forum every day.

I understand, Simon Dog, but without access to IHD, I don't have access to any admins.

What should I do if this happens again?  Is there another way to contact them?
