Hi all,
For the past few days I have noticed an increase in weight and a whole lot of swelling in my arms, legs and especially my face. I used to complain about swelling but this was very bad to tbe point that when I bend down I can feel pressure. If I think about it I have no been drinking much. Ive been feeling under the weather and have a bad sore throat. My labs are all within good range so I am not worried about the kidney (saw tbe doctor today)
Can dehydration cause swelling? I know it sounds crazy but you would think if youre dehydrated your body would want to hang on to fluid am I right?
