Somehow I have ended up on Orlando's spam list. I keep getting emails trying to convince me to holiday in Orlando. They all miss the big point: If they want me to go there on holiday, then they are gonna have to offer free dialysis to tourists. No way I could afford the American prices for dialysis, particularly on top of the cost of a Florida holiday.
