I'll spare you the details (very lengthy) but if you want to complain about an insurance provider, who do you complain to? What would get the most attention? The state? The National Kidney Association or National Kidney Foundation? I really don't expect any action to be taken (because I doubt anyone cares) but I may want to at least let someone know about what I think could be fraudulent activity if not, very very poor customer service and business practices.

Husband had ESRD with Type I Diabetes -Insulin Dependent.
I was his care-partner for home hemodialysis using Nxstage December 2013-July 2016.
He went back to doing in-center July 2016.
After more than 150 days of being hospitalized with complications from Diabetes, my beloved husband's heart stopped and he passed away 06-08-21. He was only 63.

I believe that most, if not all, states have a State Board of Insurance.  Maybe start there?

I'm sorry that you are having to ask this question.

If it's fraud contact the attorney general for your state. If it's frauds and Mdedicare is involved contact the CMS ( Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services) and file a complaint.
