Strange Linx problem. I had the Linx replaced for maknig funny noises and alarming with both leds solid red. I blew through two PAKs after 10 treatments each; was getting 55+ treatments (almost 3 months) on the previous Linx.When I was down to ZERO Paks except the one in the Pureflow, I called tech support. They refused to send a new PAK outside my regular order until I have absolutely none. The RN at my clinic worked it out with customer support and a spare PAK is arriving.
