HOLIDAY HAM


Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Servings: 21
Serving Size: 3 oz
Degree of Difficulty: Easy
Meal: Dinner
Course: Entree
Additional Information: Kid-Friendly, Wheat Free, Dairy Free

Ingredients
3 pound Ham (Boneless, Extra Lean And Regular, Unheated)
10 slice Pineapple - Fresh Or Canned In Juice
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup Pineapple juice
2 tablespoon Honey
Cooking Instructions
1.   Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2.   Slice pre-cooked ham into 7 thick slices, halfway through ham.
3.   Pour juice of pineapple over ham.
4.   Sprinkle ham with brown sugar.
5.   Drizzle honey over ham.
6.   Cook for 30 minutes or until warmed through.
7.   Enjoy!

I do like eating ham, but........ I can't/don't stop at one small serving.

And a little later another chunk on a buttered yeast dinner roll?  That's a GOT TO!

By the next morning my watchband is tight.  I might skip the weight scale that day, both morning and night.  Don't want to know.  The salt, and water, will all come off again within a few days.

As long as it is all gone before my next clinic visit.

I do like ham but it sure does not like me.  Even after my transplant, one slice of ham means my socks don't fit until the next day. ::)
