He is the love of my life......

« on: March 27, 2007, 12:41:55 AM »

I believe what i have may be more serious than just stress, i do not know if i am just freaking out or what but i have to admit, i am so very scared.  I've had the runs (sorry) for about a week, it wasnt so bad at first, just very loose (sorry) now it is just water, hubby went to the store to go buy me some Gatorade (thank you Karol)  and i am going to try and eat some McD's fries, i do not want to eat i am going to make myself eat just to get the potassium and the sodium in me.  I will come and update you all tomorrow as to how i am feeling.  I just wanted to let you know just in case, well, you know (sigh)  but i do know this, I LOVE YOU ALL........  :grouphug;

Life's a bitch and then you go on dialysis!

« Reply #6 on: March 27, 2007, 05:18:21 AM »

Sorry to hear you are unwell Goofynina. The trouble is when we are not feeling well, we, as kidney disease patients start imagining all sorts of things in the belief that it must be kidney related. I'm sure it's probably just a stomach bug that everyone gets from time to time. Don't worry you'll soon be fine again. And Goofynina,  WE LOVE YOU TOO :grouphug;

 :'(   You guys just dont know what you do to me.  (happy tears) ;)   Well, last night (around midnight) hubby bought me some Gatorade and some French Fries along with some Immodium, i got down 1/2 the fries but i got down the whole 32 oz. of Gatorade :P  I am feeling a little better this morning, no rushes to the bathroom during the night so that was good.  Thank you so much for all your concern, you truly are my best support group.  Love to you alll.....  :grouphug;

Glad to hear you are feeling better,  :clap;  I get those runs from time to time, I wonder if its related to the dialysis.

Karol suggested gatorade people, so far everyone who has been drinking gatorade seem to be getting better quicker. Watch your fluid intake if you must.

Maybe Karol has stock in gatorade.. >:D what do you think??  :)
